Using the app
Wekits is a shared shopping list app for personal and group use.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the app or help anyone else do so.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits is not permitted.
If you delete your account and register again with the same email, your previous account status and limits will be restored.
Free plan limits
The free plan includes 1 group and up to 5 members per group.
Personal lists, reactions, "I'm at the store" feature, and additional groups require a Premium subscription.
If your Premium subscription expires, additional groups become read-only. Your first group remains fully active.
Analytics features are available to Premium subscribers only.
Subscription & payments
Wekits offers a free plan and a Premium subscription at 2.99€/month or 12.99€/year.
New users automatically receive a 3-day free trial of Premium upon registration. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription settings (Google Play or App Store) at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in full before purchase.
Refunds are handled by Google Play or App Store according to their respective refund policies. Contact us at support@wekits.app if you need assistance.
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. Your purchase data (transaction ID, subscription status) is processed by RevenueCat, Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Premium covers all members of your group — no extra charge per member.
If you purchase a Premium subscription during your free trial, the trial ends immediately and the paid subscription begins.
Groups & content
You can create groups and invite others using an invite code or shareable link.
Group owners are responsible for managing their group members and content.
You retain ownership of the content you add to your lists (items, group names, profile information).
Do not add illegal, offensive, or harmful content to shared lists.
Child accounts can be assigned by group owners (parents/guardians). Child accounts have restricted visibility — secret items are hidden from them.
Intellectual property
Wekits, its logo, name, tagline ("We Keep It Simple"), and all app content are the intellectual property of Andrejs Popovs.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of your own content (shopping items, group names, profile information).
By using the app, you grant Wekits a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service.
Account suspension & termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Reasons for suspension include: abuse of the free plan limits, posting offensive or illegal content, fraudulent activity, or technical abuse of the service.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension unless the violation requires immediate action to protect other users.
You may delete your own account at any time: Settings → scroll down → Delete account.
Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
Wekits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from use of the app.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law.
We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support@wekits.app.
If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Latvia.
EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
